You start by answering three questions. If your answer is "no" to all three questions, the exercise program is appropriate for you to use.
Before starting the first exercise, you are asked to indicate the amount of pain you are experiencing. This question is repeated in week 3 and week 10.
The full exercise program takes 10 weeks. Each week schedule consists of 3 exercises that should be performed 1 or 2 times a day.
